Customer Question

I am a 20 year old veteran Realtor in Polk County Florida. I went to closing today where I represented the Buyer. When checking over the HUD my commission was 2% per the MLS. When I saw the copy of the listing agent's closing statement they received 3%. I have heard recently that this is becoming more and more popular. So, here's my take. Can a contract have a clause stating that if the commission is not equal can the closing be delayed until the commission is equal. If commission is not equal, how can this be challenged and the closing be stopped? Thank you for your consideration on this matter.
