Dear Customer,

The details of your building construction (including response panels) are governed by your local building and fire code.

You will want to contact your local fire department for specifics as to your municipality and response for your building.

If the call originates from a landline, identifying information is sent to the 9-1-1 dispatcher via the E-9-1-1 system.

If the call originates from a cellular phone, the caller must provide the location information, including unit number.

Emergency services should have access to the building using a universal code or a "Knox Box" (an emergency access panel containing keyed access to the facility).
