I have a house that i am over my head. House value 430.00 First morgage is 300.00 and a second line of credit with house as lean for 180.00. I have paid interest only on the 180.000 for ten years. I no longer live in house I rent it to help pay. I can't afford to pay anymore on line of credit. I am 65 my husband is 66 and ill. We are retired. I want to offer the Line of Credit a pay off, will Merrill Lynch take a pay off???
