I'm in Florida and bought a 100 year old house 4 months ago.

The realtor ordered 1 inspection...
I'm in Florida and bought a 100 year old house 4 months ago. The realtor ordered 1 inspection for termites but I found out that the original inspection recommended electrical plumbing and hvac all of which have failed. I'm up to 50000.00 out of. Pocket and would never have bought this house had I know I was going to be out all that. Is the realtor liable for not getting the inspections that the original inspection clearly indicated the need?
