I am being harressed. Just received letter from HOA lawyer. They are telling me my cousin is subletting my empty bedroom.
She is NOT renting. No money is changing hands.
My neighbor's sister has beeen staying with her. She has not been asked to do any of the things my associatiion is requiriing of me.
I feel their judgemment should be for all.

Is there anything in the rules and regulations that discusses how long a guest can stay with you or that prohibits having a roommate? Also, are you a member of any minority race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc? (I'm wondering why they might be targeting you, rather than your neighbor.)
