We bought property in the Bahama Nothing has been

Customer Question

We bought property in the Bahama Nothing has been water, electricity, no paved roads. We paid it off and have been paying $100 a year since. I stopped paying what they call a service charge about 5 years ago. They have now said if I don't pay they will reprocess the property. I don't care if they reprocess it. A little brown bird called a nuthatch has been found there which is endangered and nobody will be able to build there anyway. If they foreclose or reprocess this property will there be any negative consequences on my credit?

Good afternoon,

I'm Doug, and I'm very sorry to hear of your situation. My goal is to provide you with excellent service today. In order to give you a clear and concise answer, I will need some additional information about the circumstances, please.

1. Is the property in an association of some kind?

2. Who has established this service charge? Who is "they"?
