Customer Question

My mother died in May 2015. The house is in need of a lot of work. The county appraised the house at 450,000.00. We had the house appraised and that also came in at 450,000.00. WE have an offer of 425,000.00.
There is 6 siblings and since my sister died 2 year ago, her 3 adult children and her husband are also heirs. The six siblings feel that we have a fair offer - more than we expected and has signed the offer. The other 4 is a different matter. Sometime they say it is a fair offer and then they say we should get more for the house. Bot***** *****ne they have not signed the contract. They also complain that we only have one offer. People have looked at the house but no other offers has been made.
WE live in state of Va.
Is there anyway we can sell the house if all heirs will not sell the contract?
