Customer Question

I have a home in NJ that I had to rent out because I was relocated to Texas for my job. The tenants have only been there since November and have been late with both rent payments. In addition to this, they failed to transfer the utilities into their names and I found out that the electric has been shut off. However, the husband there is an Electrician and we suspect that he has tampered with the electric box and is illegally using electric. We suspect this because two different people at the electric company told me the power is off, yet my neighbor has informed me that the house is all lit up. I want them out. What can I do?
