I am the executive of my cousin will and it all was in trust to me.
Explaining his wishes and how to administer his estate.
He was an American cite sin who own property overseas.
The property was sold and a family member got involved.
The Lawyer representing was me let the money go into an
escrow account to benefit himself. He never paid the tax
to the IRS. I don't have the money to bring this to court.
New York Surrogate court advise to get a lawyer.
