I am currently renting a house. Was asked by owners to interview,hire, pick materials & ,pay for entire repairs, larger repairs where split do to large cost. Lived in home 4 years, they will be terminating my lease 70 days. Its owned by 2 sisters. The sister that managed the property just died, we had a verbal agreement for repairs she asked me to keep all repair receipts for reimbursment purpose. She would pay from collected lease option money( over 16,000.00) The home was built in 1954, empty for over 7 years before we moved in..home listed for sale 5 years, small fla ,pier home, single story w/ asbestos siding. Empty and no upkeep on home going bck15 years. Repair reasons; either broke,didnt work,had worn out. Not cosmetic repairs! . Submitted repair bills w receipts wont pay Ex. of repair I.pd for new septic line into house tree root grown in line toilet no flush

Sorry...I am not sure I understand. You had a verbal agreement with one of the owners on these costs and that owner died, is that correct?
