What happens if i 't sign estoppel letter. Owners are trying

Customer Question

What happens if i don't sign estoppel letter. Owners are trying to refinance building. We are in our 4th year of a 10ten year lease. These are not the owners we originally signed with as it was with an individual we knew, that was the only reason we did the longer lease. We have asked for the past year if they would work on letting us out of our lease early with just a plain NO. The property has gone down hill and has company's we wish to not be around. What can we do?
