what rights do the owner of a quick claim deed have, basically my grandmother signed a quick claim deed after having surgery. She found out a few months later that her house had been quick deeded over to her granddaughter, which was a surprise to her. Now what rights does she have. She the granddaughter has said that my dad, my grandmothers son is not allowed on the property. what rights does the owner of the quick claim deed have.
