Are boiler-plate condo assosiation rules clear on who pays

Customer Question

Are boiler-plate condo assosiation rules clear on who pays for bed-bag infection in my parent's condos?

I have reviewed and drafted at least 100 association documents during my career. I have never observed, or drafted any association rule directly concerning a bedbug or other pest infestation, concerning who is liable for payment of remediation. So, the answer here must be, "no."

Perhaps if you were to explain what your specific problem is, I can try to provide more helpful assistance.

Thanks in advance!
