I'm a general contractor in Florida. Going through bankruptcy, how can I pull permits?

Who is saying that you cannot do it the same as usual. Filing bankruptcy does not prevent one from working in their trade or profession. The only consequence that I can see might be if you're contractors bonds have been revoked or rescinded, But that would not be due to filing bankruptcy. It would be due to nonpayment of premiums. Otherwise, you'll have to explain more about the exact problem you are facing.
