my home has been foreclosed on and they have filed for eviction but they never heard my side how do I get heard and get the paper work seen. The bank has mislead the court how do I get them to look at it!

I am sorry, but I do not understand your post.

Are you trying to relitigate the foreclosure sale or are you trying to respond to the eviction case?

If the eviction case is filed, the Court must give you opportunity to file an answer and to show up for the hearing.

Are you saying that the Court is not allowing you to answer the eviction complaint?

Kindly clarify.
