Customer Question

Some vacant lots at the beginning of our subdivision were sold. Those if us who live in the sub. were asked to allow the property owners(who bought the vacant ) lot to be part of our sub. so that we could get the $250.00 homeowners assoc. fees There was a stipulation that the new homes had to adhere in looks to other homes. That has not happened and our neighbors feel that this will hurt our property values. Do we have any recourse? Sincerely, ***** *****
