My life partner of 23 years has decided to trade me in

Customer Question

my life partner of 23 years has decided to trade me in for a younger model. I am 60.
I own 1/3 of our property and he the other 2/3. he is threatening me daily to get out. What are my rights. I am homesteaded and have lived there for 16 years. We live in Florida and although I have worked alongside him (can document this) in our art gallery he does not want to give me any $ for this. We live in Florida where there is no common law!
He had $30,000. when we began working together, now he has a few million. Yes Ive been stupid but does this mean I must be homeless and broke?
