FOR $ 50. AND SERVED US jOE AND luCY(3 DAY NOTICE TO PAY OR QUIT RENTERS FOR THE THE SAME
ADDRESS FOR 15 YEARS..NEVER MISSED.
LEONID XXXXXX BOUGHT THE PROPERTY WE LIVED IN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
AND HAD US SIGN A LEASE INITIATED 2010 TO THE PRESENT.
THE monthly RENT IS $ 1600.00.
WE HAVE A RECEIPT FROM THE FIRST OWNER DATED NOV 1998 FOR $ 2,400.00
($1,200) SECURITY (#1,200)...lA HOUSING AUTHORITY SAID $2,400 IS SEPARATE
