Customer Question

My parents were deceived into buying a house for an acquaintance who put put the house in his name.He wrote a contract for deed up and it stated in ten years he had to pay it off or give up the house. That was thirteen years ago.The amount for the house was $195,000. My dad wrote him a check and did not know to go to the closing and have it put in his name.
