Under Florida law, it is sufficient in circumstances such as this to post a notice in the park that the elections will be held. The notice must be posted at least 30 days prior to the election, and it must be posted in a conspicuous location such that it is reasonably easy to see. The procedures for voting must be spelled out too, i.e., voting in person, voting by mail or email ballot. This is the Florida requirement.
