I have a commercial lease that expires in January 2017. The property was sold in forclosure April 4, 2014. Now the paperwork is being finalized. I was told I have to leave . Do I have any legal protection?

Were you named as a defendant in the foreclosure action? Was it a court action, or a deed of trust sale by a trustee? Was your lease entered into with the landlord before or after the landlord placed the mortgage on the property?
