Buying an investment property in Condo community. Both

Customer Question

buying an investment property in Condo community. Both realtors know that the reason I want to buy is for sole purpose of rental, but when I read Condo docs it appears that rentals are not allowed. I need an expert Lawyer with real estate experience to look at declaration and tell me if this property can be purchased sole for a rental.

Thank you for your question. I look forward to working with you to provide you the information you are seeking for educational purposes only.
We can review the documents if you want. If you are reading them and it states rentals are not allowed and the agents are telling you otherwise, then it sounds like there is some misrepresentation going on. I would be happy to review them if you can upload them here and send me the link in a reply.
