Hi, Welcome to JustAnswer,

I will be glad to Answer your question, but need some additional information if you do not mind,

1. Is the easement over property that you own ?

2. What rights does the easement grant to the other party, i.e., ingress and egress, etc. ?

3. If the easement is over your property, how long ago was it granted ?

4. Could you type the language that granted the easement, so that I can see what was intended ?

Thank you,

By the way, in what State is this easement ?
