Can a NC HOA have updated legal declarations with no notarized signatures recorded with the county ? There are no registered by-laws. Just 6 rules recorded 20 years ago.

Hello there ---In order to record the amendments with the county, you will have to get the signatures notarized. The county will not accept such documents without notarization (it is a requirement to record in NC and in all of the US).
