Customer Question

Hi John - we have a commercial building in St Cloud which is having a new roof scheduled to be installed. Our building is on a zero lot line. Electrical lines run down the side and front of the building and access for the roofer is dangerous. Back side of building is open - neighbor who owns property is declining to let roofers park in spot directly behind our building. Can they do that?

Neighbor can do that. Law doesn't require people to be nice to each other. You or the Roofer may have to buy a license to park on the neighbor's property. You might offer to use the property only when day care is closed.
