My name is***** trying to work out how a Rehearsal Studio where bands practise is zoned in NYC? Understanding this and which use group if falls under will help me ascertain whether I have the correct CofO when I look at leasing a buiding here in NYC.
I am looking to lease a warehouse in an industrial zone in Brooklyn.
