We purchased a used mobile home that has been located on a rented lot in a park that contains both mobile homes and RV's. We made the purchase because we liked its location on a pond, the large lot, and large driveway and we have spent about 50k in improvement to the home, lot and landscaping.
The park owner has decided to make the lot "pie shaped" rather than rectangular as it now is. This will cut off a good size portion of our back yard and will greatly decrease the value of our investment when it is time to sell.
Do we have any rights as the homeowner/renter that should prevent this?
