How can I push off mediation in court with my landlord

How can I push off mediation in court with my landlord

If a mediation date has been set, but you cannot attend for some reason, then you must file a formal motion with the court stating your reasons for wanting to postpone the mediation to another date. If there are issues involved for which you need additional information in order to be able to mediate, that might be a reason that the court would accept.
