Customer Question
I have been living in...
I have been living in a rent stabilized apartment with my partner for 20 years. My partner
never paid the rent or utilities all of which are in my name. In 2008 when the building was
owned by a different company I had to sign a waiver of succession is this waiver still in effect with the new owners? My partner is terminal with cancer and I am worried that I
can be evicted.
