I am the seller of land in Texas. About 50 acres. A contract

Customer Question

I am the seller of land in Texas. About 50 acres. A contract has been presented for owner financing. I will receive 20% down and monthly payments for ten years. The agreement/contract seems to be a standard contract that looks good and I am ready to sign. I would like confirmation that there are no loop holes in the contract. That I will receive regular payments from the buyer or the property will return to me.

Hi! My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!
Can you provide me a bit more information? Would this be a contract for deed where you don't transfer title until all payments are made? Or, is this a standard sale where you are owner financing with a note and deed of trust? Thanks.
