Customer Question

I live in Hawaii. My sister owns a house in Brockton, MA. How do I go about getting a lien on her house. My mother passed away in 11/2012. I have the Will. I am Executrix. My mother lived with my sister and had her savings and checking accounts with both her name and my sister's name so that my sister could pay her bills for her if she was unable to do so. My sister had both accounts put in her name alone after my mother passed. She decided she should get everything and will not give us an accounting of the money. The Will stated that everything should be split evenly between my two sisters and myself. The Will also stated that even if there was another name on her checking and savings account that did NOT mean anything other than to help to pay my mother's bills if she was not able. This never went to Probate and I figure we're talking between $70 to $100,. What can I do?
