What is the lien priority of Municipality Lien placed on a property for water and sewer in Sherrif Sale in Chester County PA?

The priority of that municipal lien under Pennsylvania law is based upon the date on which it was filed. In other words, if private lenders filed first, the private lenders would have priority. It does not matter that it is a municipal lien, under Pennsylvania law, the rule is "first to file" has first priority. Please rate 4 or 5 and close out the question. Good luck to you.
