We filed bankruptcy in Florida in 2008. Our house still has not been successfully foreclosed, how ever someone has been collecting rent on the house for several years. The foreclosure has stopping us from buying another house. What can I do??

Good morning. Who has been collecting rent? Is there an HOA and if so, did they get a court order? Where do you live now if someone is living in the home and why did you not stay there? Was the home included in the BK?
