VerifiedThe contract is binding once each party has a fully executed copy. Whether or not an addendum or lead paint disclosure is fully signed is irrelevant to the validity of the contract. Once signed by and delivered to both parties, the contract is binding.

The term "executed" means that it was signed. If both parties have signed the contract, it is valid and binding.
