If a will names 2...
If a will names 2 parties to inherit a home, one with 2/3 ownership and the other 1/3 with no stipulation that the property is to be liquidated but does describe a second generation to inherit the property upon the death of the original named parties, can the executor be forced to liquidate the property or "cash out" one of the named parties if the other does not want to sell?
