Ihave a tenant in a RV Park who has been late on rent for yaers

Customer Question

Ihave a tenant in a RV Park who has been late on rent for yaers and his father always vgets him current but now his father won't help nhim any longer.
He is 2 months behind on rent and electrcity. We pay the electric bill and each space is seperately metered so we read the meter each month then bill the tenant.

No. Your remedy would be to file for eviction. Shutting off utilities is considered a "self-help" remedy and is prohibited under California law (as well as in most other states).
