If you are both on the deed as equal owners, then you are each entitled to 50% of the proceeds of the sale. However, you should, in all fairness, be reimbursed for your expenses. If you still have a somewhat friendly relationship, you should see if your boyfriend will sign an agreement saying that when the house sells you will be reimbursed the 100,000 plus the remodeling expenses, and then the remainder will be split 50/50. You should also have a written agreement regarding the furniture. Since you bought most of it, it legally belongs to you but it might be best to have something in writing - in case he feels that he deserves some of it.
If you think your boyfriend might become difficult, you should consult with a local attorney immediately - you might have to compromise a bit. I had a client who ended up paying her boyfriend $60,000 when she sold the house that she had completely paid for, because she put his name on the property. So, be prepared to negotiate & compromise a little if things get "nasty".
