First, we can start with the basic reset. Turn off the printer and also the router for 2 minutes. Then turn them back on. This will soft reset the printer as well as refresh the network. Don't attempt to print from your computer yet. Instead, make sure the computer is connected to the same WiFi network as the printer. Then check if you can print.

- What computer are you using? Apple Mac or Windows PC?
- Are you able to make copies from the printer itself using the Copy feature?
