Thank you for the remote support session. (Windows 8.) It looks like the USB port on the printer is bad. You can set up Wi-Fi printing. On the printer, go to Home > Setup > Wi-Fi/Network Settings > Wi-Fi Setup > Wi-Fi Setup Wizard, then select / connect to your Wi-Fi wireless network name. (The Wi-Fi information is located on your computer's Desktop screen.)
