How di I get my HP Officejet Pro 8100 to print pictures on the full 8x11 instead of just a small portion in the top left corner of the page?

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?

Either my MacBook Pro, iPhone or iPad.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your OfficeJet?

Probably since I’ve had it, more than a year. I have accessibility to another printer so I wasn’t pressed but would like to correct. Thank you

I don’t know. I use my husband as my IT person but I don’t think he’s done anything
