I am trying to 'scan' a document from my New MF733Cdw to my computer (hooked up via USB). and get an error message. help

Technician's Assistant: Is there an error code on your printer when you try to scan?

NO. looking at the documentation do I have to set something up in MF Scan Utility? if so how do I access that Utility?

Technician's Assistant: The Printer Technician will be able to walk you through that. When did you last update the printer driver software?

Last week
