unplug power cord

remove the battery

keep the ON button on laptop pressed for 10 secs

plug in power adapter and plug in battery and turn on laptop

let me know if there is any change or still beeps?

st wanted to be sure that we do not void the warranty cover with the steps we take

since its already more than a year old, we can try the steps

unplug the power cord and keep the on button pressed for 10 secs

then plug in power cord and turn on

basically as per my diagnosis the problem seems to be of a loose memory module as whenever the memory is not detected, the laptop would beep on power on and will not show any display which is exactly what is happening in your case

to fix this we need to access the memory cards and reseat them

if you can spare me few minutes, i can have a detailed look on this hp laptop model number and let you know the possibility

as they say patience pays with good results

the good news is that with the serial number i did an extensive search and was able to find that it still has 6 more months of manufacturer warranty left

so any steps we try on our own will void the warranty cover

Hp can service the laptop and reseat the memory card within warranty coverage

once you contact them, share the serial number and let them know that its a no display issue due to loose memory cards and laptop is giving beeps and they would schedule an inwarranty service
