Hi Pearl, My printer doesn't appear to be receiving information from my Toshiba laptop. The printer model is: Canon MX726

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your MX726?

Just today, but we're back from six weeks' holiday

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

I can't remember. I will tell you I am in my eighties and although I cope very well as a rule, updates etc. are not something I do regularly.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Just that I want to print a piece i've written (I'm a writer and need my printer)
