I have the papers that came with it but there no were on them to clean roller or any thing. It doesnt run with PC. it just plugs in and we work it

Just need to know how to stop it from putting light blk. on the papers

This type of problem is usually caused by a bad Toner cartridge. It is an E-40 type.

The user manual will suggest you order a spare toner cartridge. have you ever replaced the toner cartridge before?

This sounds like this cartridge may be defective. The vendor you purchased it from may give you credit.
