I am having a issue having my printer to print I just changed ink and will not print out test strip

HP photosmart D110 series

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?

Yes I get the red x to print test strip and nothing happens

It says now printing aligment page and nothing happens
