Just replaced cartridges on...

Just replaced cartridges on photosmart 5520 when doing normal tests printer will not recognise alignment page when doing test check.eddie.

Technician's Assistant: What's the model of your printer?

Photosmart 5520

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?

One message saying cartridges are in default, can open lid.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

i used hp doctor which told me how to solve this problem,i fixed it myself using hp doctor & troubleshooter. thankyou,eddie.
