I am receiving a...

I am receiving a message off the printer that "there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn off, then on." I have done the shut off, unplug a few times, but the error message does not clear.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Not recently. Although the message did come on a few days ago.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

There was paper caught near the cartridge area and in the back.
