Hello

I'm here. I'm looking up specifics on the printer

On the printer display, swipe until you see setup, then service, and choose an option to print out anything. We need to see that the printer is functioning

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
It says printer must be connected to a network .

I think you found our problem. The printer isn't connected to a network. Is it wireless or wired?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
How do I check connections?
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Wireless
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I recently got a new router. Any connection?

You will need to re-connect the printer to the router.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
How?
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Can you walk me through the process?

Give me a couple minutes to find the specific procedure for that printer.

Do you know the name of your wifi network and the password?

Will try to print something new! Thanks

No if it's printing you are good. You should have gotten something about accepting the answer and rating. PLease take the time to do it.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
How do I get to rate you?

I honestly don't know how that end of it works. I thought you should have gotten a pop up for it. If not don't worry about it, You thanking me and saying 5 star is ennough for me to manually request credit.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Great cause it did not pop up on my phone. Funny how the what you all rated but I have to ask how! Might want to tell them we are getting the rating card.
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Are NOT

being on the phone might be the problem but I will pass it along. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I was able to print something from a website. Yay!

Congratulations!! Anytime you make a change to the connection you will need to reconnect the printer.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Like a new router! What else?

The router is the big one. If you change the name of your network or the password ***** you will need to reconnect. If you reset the printer then you will need to reconnect it.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I think I was charged $39 for control of my computer. Did you see that on your end?

Since I declined it, it should revert back to your card but if it doesn't within a couple days, contact customer service.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
