done. its saying enter cyan toner correctly, enter magenta toner correctly,
enter yellow toner correctly then repeats

I pushed the cartridges in and out played with them no luck. the black cartridge doesn't have an error message

Unfortunately, the error that you are experiencing is an internal failure which would require repair/replacement. The bad news is that your printer is outside of warranty and it would cost more to repair the printer than to buy a new one.

I really don’t know I always used a hp office jet. We merged office and starting printing more. We merged in September and this one crapped out. We’re only three people in the office
