I have an Epson Fastfoto ff640. I scanned several items this past week. When I tried scanning items today they are not showing up in any file on my computer.

Technician's Assistant: Is there an error code on your FASTFOTO FF640 when you try to scan?

No On the computer screen it shows it is downloading the photo but it doesn't show up in the file. The fast foto file
